By accessing or using the application or website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and terms before creating an account or logging into the app.

The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.

Your data is stored and processed on servers operated by Supabase and Google (Firebase), which are located outside of Thailand (including the Oceania/Sydney region and other global nodes). By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border transfer.

Compliance with laws and licenses

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they hold any necessary licenses, authorizations or legal permissions required to perform work. MedHire TH is not responsible for users performing work illegally or without required certifications or permits.


Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using MedHire TH you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & authentication

The Service uses OTP sign-in (email) via Supabase. You are responsible for keeping your OTP and account secure. Notify support@medhireth.com if you suspect your account is compromised.

3. No Employment Relationship

MedHire TH is not an employer, employment agency, payroll provider, or staffing firm. Any worker who finds work through the platform is an independent contractor (or employed by the hiring party) and not an employee of MedHire TH.

4. Payments & Financial Disputes

MedHire TH does not process payments in-app. All payment arrangements and disputes are the sole responsibility of the users involved. We are not responsible for payment collection, payroll, taxes, or disputes between users.

4.1 User-to-User Transactions

MedHire TH does not process payments between users. All payment arrangements, payroll, taxes, and financial disputes are the sole responsibility of the users involved. We are not responsible for payment collection or any financial disagreements arising from user-to-user arrangements.

4.2 In-App Purchases

Currently, the App does not offer in-app purchases or premium paid features. Should we introduce these in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect how those transactions and data are handled.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the operator of MedHire TH (and its officers, agents and affiliates) from any claim, demand, loss, liabilities, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or disputes between users, except where such loss is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Users retain ownership of content they post (profiles, job posts, reviews). By posting content you grant MedHire TH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and use that content to operate and improve the Service (including anonymized analytics).

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for abusive behavior. You can delete your account using the in-app Account Deletion Flow.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedHire TH and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms will not exceed THB 1,000 or the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months (whichever is greater), except where required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@medhireth.com before pursuing legal remedies. Disputes will be resolved in Thai courts as required by law.

11. Changes

We may update this page. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy & Terms of Use.
